One task. One timer.

Study rhythm

An illustrative GreenDots timer and progress view; values are examples, not user claims.

Define a minimum you can repeat

A streak becomes fragile when every day must be exceptional. Define a minimum focused action that still counts on a difficult day, such as one 25-minute review block.

This is not the maximum you are allowed to do. It is the floor that keeps the routine recognizable.

Use the same opening cue

Reduce the number of decisions between intention and action. Put the phone away, open the next task, and start the same timer preset. Repeating the opening sequence can matter more than finding fresh motivation.

Read the map honestly

GreenDots progress tracking is designed to show patterns in completed sessions. A blank day is information, not failure. Look for recurring friction—late classes, unclear tasks, unrealistic durations—and adjust the routine.
